Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Memphis Basketball Trainers! We are pleased to offer our state-of-the-art facility for rental to individuals, groups, and organizations. To ensure a smooth and efficient booking process, we have established the following rental booking policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a reservation. 1. Booking Procedure Reservation Requests: All reservation requests must be submitted via our online booking system or by contacting our facility manager at 9015698113. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservation Confirmation: A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a completed booking form and payment of the required deposit. The facility manager will provide a written confirmation of the booking via email. A non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total rental fee is required to secure the booking. 2. Rental Fees and Payment Rental Rates: $30 per hour for 1-4 participants. Payment Terms: Additional Fees: Additional fees may apply for extra services such as cleaning, security, equipment rental, and extended hours. These fees will be outlined in the rental agreement. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellation by Renter: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the facility manager. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the event will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the event will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to additional cancellation fees as outlined in the rental agreement. Cancellation by Memphis Basketball Trainers: In the unlikely event that Memphis Basketball Trainers needs to cancel a booking, a full refund, including the deposit, will be issued to the renter. Memphis Basketball Trainers is not liable for any other costs incurred by the renter due to the cancellation. Damage and Liability: Renters are responsible for any damage to the facility or equipment during their rental period. A refundable security deposit may be required to cover potential damages. Memphis Basketball Trainers is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring during the rental period. Cleaning and Maintenance: Renters must leave the facility in the same condition as it was upon arrival. All trash must be disposed of in designated bins, and any equipment or furniture must be returned to its original location.
