About the Role
The Enrollment & Partnerships Manager helps connect people to the right opportunities, including:

Youth basketball training at Crowns Basketball Academy

Camps, clinics, and High Impact Coaching Workshops

Speaking engagements and community partnerships
-
Sponsorships and funding partners supporting youth access
You’ll work across both organizations, helping families, schools, churches, nonprofits, and businesses engage with meaningful, life-changing work.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Academy Enrollment

Speak with parents and guardians interested in training

Explain program options clearly and honestly

Follow up with warm leads and inquiries

Support families through the enrollment process
Workshops, Camps & Speaking Engagements

Secure bookings with schools, churches, nonprofits, and community organizations

Communicate with coaches, administrators, and directors

Coordinate logistics and handoffs once bookings are confirmed
Sponsorships & Partnerships

Build relationships with local and regional partners

Secure sponsorships and funding support

Support fundraising initiatives for The Goel Project

Maintain professional, respectful communication
Compensation
This is a commission-based role with no income cap.

Academy enrollments: 10–15% commission
-
Workshops & speaking engagements: 15–20% commission

Sponsorships & funding partners: 10% commission
